    I chose this hotel for its location only 5 minutes from Chamartintrain station and Plaza de Castilla bus station for easy access to day trips out of Madrid. It was more expensive than I usually use but the quality of the room reflected that.

    The hotel lacked atmosphere. It was stuffy, both physically and in its general ambience

    Fairly clean place, extremely helpful and especially helpful staff, magnificent location. Rooftop bar with tasty drinks. Amazing service, private parking available onsite.

    I loved being just a short walk away from the El Horno cafe for delicious snacks and taking a stroll to Berlin Park, perfect for a leisurely afternoon in nature.

    The Location of the Hotel was the most attractive as its just few meters away from Main Railway Station and the comfortable room includig a lounge was an extra luxury....

    Large rooms, separated living room from bedroom, close to metro station, train and buses.

    The bath was dirty when I arrived (hairs from previous guests! It was disgusting; however room was very clean the following days), furniture is dated, towels were old (ripped), tv did no work (no remote) and the key gets stuck in the lock. I've stayed 3 times in this hotel in the past, but quality has certainly declined...The walls are very thing, you can hear everything about your neighbor. No coffee/tea kettle in the room, but this is quiet normal in Spain.

    Good Location, convienience, Kindness of servers

    There are no supermarket near the hotel and it was noisy out of the hotel at dawn.

    Room size and location

    There's a huge teen party, with music, chants,... underneath the hotel, all night long, and the windows are paper thin. It seems as if you were partying too.

    The breakfast buffet blew me away, offering everything from fresh fruits to a proper egg bar, best way to start the day!

    Sure, it wasn't exactly cheap, but it didn't break the bank either.

    Miles away from a 4* hotel. Upon our arrival we found the toilet dirty even if it had the "desinfected" tag on. One day they gave us a towel with blood stains! Maybe it was just our bad luck but these things should not happen in any hotel... Furthermore the shower was very difficult to use. The hose was almost broken and the water temperature changed unexpectedly. The neighborhood was not quiet. During the nights we could hear the people partying at the nearby car park adjacent to a night club and early in the morning busy traffic.
